1. Order Cut-Off Time Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Central Time), Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM CT will begin processing on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Order Handling & Processing Time We pride ourselves on quick dispatch. Our standard handling time to process, pack, and prepare your order for shipment is 0 to 1 business day (Monday – Friday). Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or national holidays.
3. Transit Time Once your order has been dispatched from our Chicago facility, the estimated transit time for delivery is 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday). (Total estimated delivery time from the moment you place your order is typically 1 to 4 business days).
4. Shipping Rates & Costs We offer straightforward and transparent shipping rates for all orders delivered within the United States:
- Orders under $100.00: A flat shipping rate of $5.99 applies.
- Orders of $100.00 or more: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping. (Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal after any discounts are applied).
5. Order Tracking As soon as your order leaves our shop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey directly to your doorstep.
6. Undeliverable Packages & Wrong Addresses Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Paradise De Aves Pet Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
